The Higher management school was founded on November 16, 2002 according to resolution of the university Soviet from December 27, 2001. It was established in connection with high demand for skilled management personnel;

The university provides a wide fundamental vocational training. Our mission is to make prestige education available. Our aim is to teach you correct business and business-like cooperation.

Modern manager should have fundamental technical and economic education.

According to the Charter main tasks of the Higher Management School are:

- Creation necessary conditions to get the second higher education;

- development of management shills, ability to use scientific-research information effective for practical task decision; consulting various technical questions, agrarian business, management, business-planning;

Enrolment in the Higher Management School is carried out on contracts concluded with Ministries, departments, enterprises, institutions and private persons direct at full reimbursement of expenses training. The Higher Management school provides courses in "Economics and enterprise Management" and "Accounting, analysis and audit" with delivery of diplomas about the second higher education (training 3 years) Qualification: economist-manager
